1. Agreement

By accessing or using new-rebellion.com (including any tools, content or services hosted under it, such as Hub and Lens) you agree to these terms. The site and all services are operated by New Rebellion Pty Ltd (ABN 19 688 435 985), a company registered in Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

New Rebellion operates a marketing intelligence consultancy. Through new-rebellion.com we provide marketing content, industry analysis, consulting services and self-serve tools. Hub is our marketing co-pilot: it scores your business across six dimensions, benchmarks you against Australian businesses across 70 industry verticals and delivers prioritised recommendations. Lens is the data engine within Hub: the scan, the connectors and the scorecard renderer.

3. Eligibility

/You must be at least 18 years old
/You represent that you have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent

4. Accounts

Hub requires an account. You sign in via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. You may manage up to five business profiles per account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period. We will notify you by email before taking action where reasonably possible.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the business information and data you provide. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your information for the purpose of delivering your dashboard, reports and recommendations and for contributing to anonymised industry benchmarks. No individual business data is published without consent.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your reports and account activity. You can manage email preferences in Hub Settings or unsubscribe via the link in any email.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. We are not liable for recommendations based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Hub offers optional integrations with third-party platforms. By connecting any integration you:

/Grant Hub read-only access to the relevant data for the purpose of powering your dashboard and generating reports
/Acknowledge that we request only read-only access. We cannot modify, delete or write to your configurations on any connected platform
/Understand that OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest and retained until you disconnect via Hub Settings
/Can disconnect any integration at any time via Hub Settings

Currently supported integrations: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram), TikTok Marketing API, Microsoft Ads and Klaviyo. We may add or remove integrations over time.

7. Google API: Limited Use Disclosure

New Rebellion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

/We only use Google API data to provide and improve the marketing intelligence services you have requested
/We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (processing via the Anthropic Claude API to generate your reports), as required by law or with your explicit consent
/We do not use Google API data for serving advertisements
/We do not allow humans to read your Google API data unless you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes or it is required by law
/Google API data is stored securely with encryption at rest and access controls. You can request deletion at any time by disconnecting the integration or contacting us

8. Website Scanning

When you submit a URL (your own or a competitor's), Hub scans publicly available information from that website. This includes technology detection, page structure, performance data and publicly listed business details. No login-protected or private data is accessed. You represent that you have a legitimate business interest in any competitor URLs you submit for scanning.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

/Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose
/Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
/Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the site without written permission
/Upload malicious files, code or content
/Impersonate another person or entity
/Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation
/Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, tools or methodologies without written permission
/Connect third-party accounts you do not have authority to access

10. Intellectual Property

All content on new-rebellion.com, including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, code, methodologies and branding, is the intellectual property of New Rebellion unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Blog posts and published articles may be shared with attribution and a link back to the original. Reports generated by Hub are provided for your use and you may share them at your discretion.

11. AI-Generated Content

Reports and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Reports are provided as general marketing guidance. They do not constitute professional legal, financial or business advice.

Content published on new-rebellion.com (including articles, guides and tool outputs) is provided as general marketing information. Verify recommendations independently before making business decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on content published on the site or generated by our tools.

12. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites. Clicking a link does not imply endorsement.

13. Consulting Services

Paid consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements. These terms apply to your use of the website and self-serve tools only. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

14. Availability

We do not guarantee uptime, availability or continuity of the site or any tool. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. Self-serve tools may be changed, restricted or removed at our discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, New Rebellion Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.

The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Rebellion Pty Ltd from any claims, losses or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights.

17. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read and understood the privacy policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

20. Account and Data Requests

You can manage most account settings directly in Hub Settings, including disconnecting integrations and updating email preferences. For account deletion, data export or anything else, use the form below.
