A room is your marketing's books. Every number in one place and reconciled in dollars. We build it. We run it. The board gets the pack.
Every month
From A$7,000 a month
What counts as a lead, a conversion and a brand query is written down once. Every number after means the same thing.
Every metric defined once. Every number means the same thing.
Signed off by you
Finance opens the room themselves: spend against the media bills, the month's pack and every number sourced. Nobody chases marketing at month end.

It reads first. With your licence it acts. Every change logged.
Every change logged
The board sees one number against its target. Your team sees every campaign, every tag and every change. Same room. Same numbers.
The number, the target and what to do next.

Run your media from the room. Checked every five minutes.
Every change logged with who and why. Every budget inside a cap you set. Acts with a licence.
An example, not a client's figures.
Every gap has a stated reason. Until it has one it is marked unreconciled.

Google Ads clicks, search campaigns
170,298
Before the page loads
Unreconciled
The visitor left before the page loaded or the click went to a phone call. Google Ads counted it the moment it happened.
You paid for it. Your site never saw it.
Before the tag fires
Unreconciled
GA4 counts a session when the page loads, the tag fires and consent allows it. Where a visitor declines, both tools estimate.
The lower the consent rate, the wider the gap.
On the way in
One in twenty across every paid channel
A redirect, a missing tag or a consent setting can strip the click identifier. Across every paid channel, GA4 credited one in twenty of the sessions that arrived on a paid click to a paid channel. Three in five sat in Unassigned.
Paid looks weaker than it is.
GA4 sessions, paid search
116,897
53,401clicks with no matching session. Unreconciled until each has a reason.
The demo does not yet split the gap by cause. These are the places a click can go missing.
At the bottom the two tools count different outcomes too: 7,114 conversions in Google Ads and 3,284 in GA4, for one bank, one month and one set of campaigns.
In the report
One of five Google campaigns named
GA4 can name one of CobberBank's five Google campaigns. That campaign carries 30.8% of the spend. The rest arrives under a label the ad account does not use.
Nobody can judge what their analytics cannot name.
At the month's edge
Google Ads dates a conversion to the day of the click. GA4 dates it to the day it happened. A click on 29 September that converts on 3 October is a September conversion in one and an October conversion in the other.
One month holds different conversions in each tool.
Paid, organic, analytics, CRM, email and your agency's own files. Whatever your stack we work with it. No charge per source.
Your room
One room. One number.
The pack lands on the third of every month.
Built for your room
Each connector is read-only, built to the access the platform grants and switched on for the room that needs it. Every room we build adds to the set.
No door, no problem
Where a system has no API we work from a sheet or a file.
Every platform keeps its own scoreboard. Each one scores in its own favour. A room keeps the one your business plays by.

Same word. Different count.
What is a conversion?
Same word. Five things to the platform. One to the business: the loan it funded.
An example, not a client's figures.
What is an enquiry?
Same word. Four things to the platform. One to the business: a real person asking.

Same word. Three clicks to the platform. One visit to the business: the person who arrived.

Said the way a marketer says them. Pick an area to see what a room does about each one.
The room is the same whoever does the work. So is the score. We agree it before anything starts.
Agree
Marketing and finance sign what counts, how it is measured and what good looks like. Before anything starts.
Do
The work runs out of the room. Every change is logged with who made it and why.
Score
The room keeps score against what you agreed. Ours too. If it misses you hear it from us first.
Flat. Build loaded in. A$ ex GST.
30 days
To a working v1 room from the day the agreed sources are authorised.
6 months
The initial term. Early exit pays the unamortised build. Then 30 days notice.
Day 3
Of every month the pack lands. A senior operator runs it.
Credited in full against your room if you continue within sixty days. It comes off your first invoice and the next if it is larger. You pay once to find the number. Not twice.
Drawn at the two starting figures.
The Room
Paying for it
It starts with a Number Check. A fixed fee from A$5,000 quoted before it starts. The Number Check
The one place your reconciled marketing numbers live. Your platforms, your agency and your CRM feed it. A senior operator keeps it true. The people who need the numbers read the same ones.
Either. Your team, your agency or ours does the work. Ours covers paid media, tracking, content and social, creative. Work run out of the room costs less to run, because the reporting half is already automated. Filip scopes the work and reads it out. Senior operators run the room. The work is one figure, scoped before it starts. Before anything starts we agree what counts and what good looks like. Then the room keeps score in the open, ours included. We never touch your media money. You pay the platforms. The accounts are yours. We set them up for you if you need.
Six-month initial term. Early exit equals the unamortised build. Then 30 days notice. Hosted by NR. Full export any time. The room stays open to you after exit.
Priced and invoiced in Australian dollars. We take bank transfer in Australian dollars. We also take USDC or bitcoin at the day's rate. The payer covers transfer and conversion fees.
On the demo page. CobberBank is a fictional bank and its numbers are invented. The room is the real thing. It opens in November.
The figure your platforms, your agency and your CRM report differently, settled. Then what works, what doesn't and what to do next. Quoted before anything starts, paid upfront, credited in full against The Room within sixty days. One reply from Filip within 48 hours.
